People and Culture Manager - UAE Based (Part time)
People Manager manages employees in an the company.
This role involves hiring staff, developing job descriptions, offering career advice, monitoring employee performance, answering to employee inquiries regarding work, and getting resignations or firing employees when needed.
In addition, our team members consider the company as their home and the People Manager will be required to help in setting this culture. He will need to deal with external vendors to provide the best card linked offers including; global health insurance, global travel packages, discounted purchases, complimentary upgrades, … etc.
Apart from the above, the people manager will make sure that all recruitment, promotional and dismissal decisions are free of racism, discrimination or jeopardizing civil liberties, religious beliefs and personal health choices.
A successful candidate must have certain capabilities such as leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, basic HR knowledge and computer.
English language is the company’s corresponding language. English proficiency is a must.
A Bachelor’s Degree in an area such as human resources, sociology, or psychology is preferable but not a must.
Salary range per month: AED 4,500 - AED 5,500
Public Relations Officer - Egypt
Public Relations Officer shall be able to set a comprehensive PR strategy in liaison with the CXOs to achieve company’s goals in regards to this aspect.
The role involves creating articles about our company, news, innovations … etc and publish them in online sources such as online media platforms, blogs, magazines, publications and the like.
PRO will construct interviews and will work on getting featured in publications, magazines, newspapers, TV programs … etc. and will organize events to serve the different purposes.
Assistance in the marketing campaigns, product branding awareness campaigns, board members self branding on social media, publications and events is part of the role.
A successful candidate must have certain capabilities such as leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge.

A Bachelor’s Degree in an area such as media, arts, or psychology is preferable but not a must.

Full-Stack Backend Developer (Remotely)
A full-stack backend developer is required to work remotely.
A fluent knowledge of Python, Javascript, and PHP is a must.
Knowledge with open-source ERP systems is an advantage.

Sales Director - UAE
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Sales professional with skin in the game to drive consultative growth and deliver business growth. You will be the face of Neu Ocean to our clients and work to meet their core business needs through the strategic placement of our experienced engineers. You will serve as a consultant to our prospects - using data-driven approaches and frameworks to identify further opportunities for partnership. In this role, you will work both independently and collaboratively to achieve revenue targets while attaining exemplary client satisfaction scores within your accounts.
With your strong understanding of organizational structures and your clients' needs, you will develop practical solutions that support both our clients' business growth and Geria's competencies within Engineering Services. You are passionate about technology, diversity, and working with people, and you've developed rigorous and systematic techniques for prospecting, sales, and customer satisfaction. This role is purely commission based with potential of equity ownership.
Responsibilities
- Own the business relationship with your accounts from contract close through their lifetime at Neu Ocean
- Manage strategic partner relationships by organizing and leading routine sessions with key stakeholders to educate them on Geria, understand their pain points, and identify areas for opportunity to collaborate
- Serve as the key account contact with senior stakeholders across small, medium-sized companies and corporates.
- Perform quarterly account planning to identify areas of focus and asks to hit quarterly targets
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams
- Serve as a Voice of the Customer within Neu Ocean
Requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development roles within the recruitment industry.
- You have experience managing relationships & selling marketplace technology or services to businesses.
- Clients and internal stakeholders alike love working with you, and your business thrives because of it.
- You have successfully executed multiple complex projects and navigated ambiguity in the UK/EU/ME/GCC markets.
- You have work experience with best-in-class technology companies and with distributed teams
- You are a self-starter, entrepreneurial, and a go-getter.
- Good command of the English language and relevant network within the global market
